This album captures the exact moment the Birdwing project
came into being. It was sketched out and mostly recorded on
Friday 24th August 2007 during a 13 hour recording session
in the midst of an ego death experience.

After having my mind entirely unravelled, astral travelled and reset i came back to waking consciousness with a entirely blank slate and recorded this album using music to guide me back into my body. Each track tells the sonic story of this experience.

The rest of the albums overdubs were done in the following months as i rebuilt my psyche.

At the time i printed up 200 CD copies and gave them away and dotted them in various places around the globe on my travels.

As a result of this album came the unexpected birth of Birdwing.
